What we ask
- A free account, so your roadmap is private to you
- Your country, sector and number of staff
- One to four objectives from your plan, each with a date
- Your teams: a name, the closest occupation, how many people, and for teams of five or more how many are 55 or older
- Which teams each objective needs, and what new skills the plan brings
- If you know it: how many people can already do the new work
What we never ask
- Names or e-mail addresses of your staff
- Scores, ratings or rankings of anyone
- Salaries of individuals
The roadmap is about teams and roles, never about named people, and it is calculated by fixed rules rather than AI. Your staff representatives can see exactly what went into it.
Dates you can trace
Each date is the quarter it is needed minus the time it takes. Every number says whether it is your answer or an assumption you can change.
Built on public standards
Your teams are matched to ISCO-08 occupation groups, as published in ESCO, the EU's skills and occupations classification.
Private, and yours to share
Saved to your account, where only you can open it. Share a read-only link with your advisor or board and switch it off again, print it on A4, or delete it whenever you like.
