Under Regulation (EU) 2026/1047, the EU Talent Pool connects third-country nationals with employers in member states facing labour shortages. Countries with high vacancy counts in shortage sectors — healthcare, construction, ICT, transport, hospitality, and green transition — are most likely to participate actively in the pool.
