Every skill returns a demand signal (Very High / High / Medium / Low), a trend direction (Emerging, Growing, Stable or Declining), and an explanation of which EU industries and occupations are driving that signal.
The analysis identifies skill gaps— what employers in your target role expect but you haven't listed — and produces a prioritised action plan with realistic timeframes calibrated to EU market conditions.
All signals are grounded in ESCO v1.2 skill classifications and cross-referenced with EU labour market demand. Enter up to 15 skills for the most accurate profile.
This approach aligns with the EU's skills-intelligence infrastructure — including CEDEFOP's skills forecasting and the new European Skills Intelligence Observatory (run by the JRC, operational since March 2026). TalentPath draws on CEDEFOP- and EURES-derived data; it does not consume Observatory data directly.
