Most EU job boards never say whether an employer will sponsor a work permit, so applicants from outside the EU waste hundreds of applications. This board reads each posting for what it says about sponsorship and quotes it back to you — and shows the permit routes that exist in each country. Free, no account, no fees.

What do the sponsorship labels mean?
- Patrocinio indicado
- Esta oferta dice que patrocina un permiso de trabajo, o nombra un programa concreto. Son las palabras del propio empleador, citadas abajo — no es una garantía, y las condiciones pueden cambiar.
- Se menciona ayuda a la reubicación
- Esta oferta menciona ayuda para la reubicación pero no dice que patrocine un permiso de trabajo. No es lo mismo: pregunte antes de presentar su candidatura.
- Patrocinio no indicado
- Esta oferta no se pronuncia. La mayoría de las ofertas en la UE no lo hacen, así que este es el grupo más numeroso — pregunte al empleador antes de invertir tiempo en una candidatura.
- Sin patrocinio
- Esta oferta dice que las personas candidatas deben tener ya derecho a trabajar, o que no patrocina.
Contract type, working time, experience, education, sector and language requirements come from the fields the employer filled in at EURES. Sponsorship, working arrangement and town are read automatically from the wording of each posting and can be wrong: treat them as a way to prioritise, not as advice. Anything a posting does not say is shown as “not stated” rather than guessed.
These vacancies are aggregated from third-party feeds and shown as published there. The labels on each listing are read automatically from the employer's own wording — TalentPath does not verify employers, terms, or sponsorship, and “sponsorship stated” is not a guarantee. Confirm with the employer before you commit to anything. Applications happen on the source site. Never pay a fee to be considered for a job. Listing yourself in the Talent Pool works the other way round: employers approach you.

Vacancy data is cached for 4 hours. Sponsorship mentions are extracted by reading each posting's text; we quote the employer's own wording.
Limits
Not every vacancy is listed
EURES includes vacancies shared by member-state employment services. Private-sector boards not connected to EURES may carry additional roles.
